Ticket reply unreadable – marked private

    Hi,
    I have a ticket open about Unauthorised Billing. I had an email telling me that you guys had replied to that ticket, but when I click on it it says I don’t have permission to read the ticket as it’s marked private. Can you let me know what the reply was please?
