thumbnails for links

    hello, dear Support.

    before rank math I had a yoast SEO plugin. when I was sending links of the products it automatically appeared thumbnail of the product.

    now when I have switched to rank math, the old links still have the pictures, but new products can’t generate pictures.

    I was searching for a solution but I couldn’t find one.
    also, I can`t see the image seo function in the plugin. maybe it’s causing this issue?

    I have tried this.
    It’s not about social media.
    For example if I’m seeing links in the messengers, pictures don’t display.

    We’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Regarding the image, this is happening due to the Icon Overlay feature of Rank Math:

    If this is occurring to all of your posts/pages, then you might need to check the global settings and turn it from Play Icon to off at Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta > Default Thumbnail Watermark

    mm, can you check now?
    because I`m using same account. but somehow in my wp-admin next to the RANK MATH SEO banner, there’s written FREE but its paid, in the plugin section I have installed both free and premium and I have enabled features and works
