The error logs you shared don’t seem to mention anything about Rank Math although it seems to have indicated that there’s a missing file.
Can you please make sure that both your Rank Math plugins and Divi theme are in their latest versions?
If they are in the latest version already, try reinstalling both Rank Math and Divi as well.

Hello, I have reinstalled DIVI and RankMath the same problem. I always use the latest version, it is checked daily. It is also set to auto install.
The error still exists, known error message!
And RankMath switches the template off when I switch RankMath on again.

I am facing the exact same issue. I have been getting the same error for the Kadence theme. I got tired of doing trial and error for the root cause of the problem as the error log does not say anything about Rankmath but it is Rankmath(Free plugin) that is creating the problem.
I contacted Kadence Theme because the error log shows the theme functions.php file as a problem. I tried deactivating the RankMath plugin and I am no longer getting this error. Also, note that this error is only coming on PHP 8.2. I have another site running PHP 8.1 with RankMath which has no issues.
It took me a week to find the root cause RankMath.
Exactly the same problem here. I get the same message regarding the requirement of et-pagebuilder.php for example when updating cache in wordpress toolkit.
“Inspired” by this post I turned of RankMath and the error message disappears. Turning RankMath back on and the error shows up again. This happens for six different sites running DIVI and RankMath, sites with different themes on the same server and with RankMath running don’t show the problems.
Interesting fact is the sites are running and rendering properly, everything looks and work the way it should be.

DIVI Version 4.23.1
RankMath Version 1.0.205
Sites run on PHP 8.1.25
System is dedicated Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS server with Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.56 Update #4
I used a Dev site with the current DIVI where RankMath was never installed. Once RankMath Free is installed and activated – even before taking any furthers steps in the setup process – the error accurs when e. g. checking for updates using WP_CLI/wordpress toolkit.
So I guess this clearly proves the problem comes from the combination or the current version of DIVI and the current RankMath release.
I did a bunch of tests including rolling back RankMath to Version 1.0.121 and the problem this exists. So I guess what ever it is, it must have been come up with the latest DIVI version 4.23. where i also rolled back to.
I currently can’t test with any earlier DIVI version … but perhaps this helps narrowing down the problem.

In the Kadence theme, I am getting an error in the get_template_directory() function in the functions.php file. WordPress 6.4 recently made changes to the get_template_directory() function as mentioned below.

this issue is related to RANK MATH CORE VERSION, as it activated on WP6.4 and above it will have this issue, I have encountered first when I upgrade to wp6.4 and I already raise the ticket and given access, but support is yet to go inside and check what is the issue, as I have tons of website all having the same issue. and all with astra theme or hello theme has the same issue. the issue is gone when disable the plugin.
SUPPORT KINDLY TAKE ACTION. as your plugin is in fact not compatible with WP.6.4

or you can downgrade the WP back to 6.3 and everything is working fine with the new update or the php is 8.1
It looks like this issue is happening only on Plesk servers. The wp-toolkit on Plesk resets the cache of the website. Rankmath is somehow making problems in the operation of the wp-toolkit on Plesk servers. There is an update in WordPress 6.4 that seems to be incompatible with this combination of [RankMath, WordPress, and Plesk]. Maybe the recent update to the get_template_directory function in WordPress 6.4 causing this issue?
