    The wordpress posts page column shows that posts have 0 views. This has not always been the case, statistics have been compiled for a long time, but for a long time many entries have shown that they have not been visited, which is not correct. How can I correct it please? Thank you

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button

    2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

    Hello,

    Upon checking your site, it seems that it is not yet connected to your Rank Math account.

    Could you please confirm if you have a different account or disconnected it intentionally?

    If not, please connect it and reconnect your Google Search Console and Analytics in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    Please ensure you have checked all the necessary permissions.

    I have connected the account, it seems to be connected fine. I have also done step 1 of reindexing, but I have not done step 2 of deleting data because I thought that it might not be convenient.

    I’ve logged in to your site and processed the data fetch in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Update Data Manually

    That column doesn’t come from our plugin. It may come from another plugin or from the active you are currently using. To determine which plugin, you may refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
