My website was created by WordPress. When I changed the title, description and other information of the page, I found that it could not be changed. After clicking Save, it would change into the unchanged state. Why is that?

Sucuri is blocking certain IPs for our plugin’s API route hindering the updating process which is why you can’t change your meta. Please see the screenshot below:
And this is the API route:

You may also contact your hosting provider if you are not sure how to whitelist the routes.

The block signature starting with “EXP” indicates a trigger to the virtual patching on the Website Application Firewall. Unfortunately, we can not provide any specific information about this block without compromising the security of the firewall.
The only way this block can be avoided is to whitelist the IP address that requires access or whitelist the file that is being accessed. You can allow an IP address here:

Apologies for the delay as the ticket you have shared seems to have been stuck in our drafts section for some reason.
You won’t need to whitelist a file or IP address as the route that Rank Math uses is getting blocked by Sucuri. Other users simply whitelisted the routes to fix the saving issue and didn’t require any IP information.
