Your tag sitemap should immediately be included on your main sitemap_index.xml. If you’re not able to see your tag sitemap on your main sitemap then please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags and from there make sure the Tag Archives Robots Meta is set to index.

Once done, please follow the steps below to clear your sitemap cache and see if that works for you:

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
