Could you please share any tag URLs so we can check? Please note that a sitemap will be accessible if at least one of them is indexed.
If your tag URLs are already set to index, please follow the steps below for initial troubleshooting:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Please make sure that you have a post actually assigned to your tags or make sure the tags are set to index in the robots meta for it to appear in the sitemap.
You can try enabling the option “Include empty Terms” and see if that would generate the tag sitemap. If it does, then you have empty tags.
If the issue persists, please share some of the tag pages here so we can investigate the issue further.
You may also share with us your WP login information in the sensitive data section if you prefer for us to check the issue there.
