1. If you already have heading blocks and you are seeing that message, then it could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. In this case, it could be a conflict with the “Easy table of contents” plugin. You can go ahead to disable this plugin to see if the Table of Content block will work.

2. You can edit/delete the “table of contents” text inside the table of contents block by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/table-of-contents-block/#num-2-1-edit-headings-in-toc-block
