I was one of your first customer’s back in the day that signed up for the Pro $59 a year plan. I can see that it didn’t renew on Nov 16th this year. Can you help me renew it? It won’t let me renew it from the dashboard.

The renewal is an automated process. You don’t have to do it manually. FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed.
However, in your case, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your payment method or for some reason renewal doesn’t work and the subscription has already expired or been canceled. You can purchase a new subscription from our site: https://rankmath.com/pricing
It will not affect your site’s SEO setup and all the settings and data will stay the same on your site.
