Submitted Urls list does not appear

    Hi,

    I am running two sites and both have the rankmath plugin installed.

    On one of the sites, I am not sure if index now is available.

    In the index now section of the bing webmaster tool, the Submitted Urls list does not appear and the message “Please install the IndexNow Plugin” appears.

    Is this a problem?

    By the way, the other site is working fine and shows Sources:Rankmath in addition to the Submitted Urls list.

    If all the settings are correct, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    We’ve tried accessing your site, but it seems that we’re getting blocked by a firewall. Please refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.

    In this case, please whitelist or open access to countries India, Portugal, and the Philippines to investigate this issue on your site.

    Hello,

    I tested the API and everything seems to be added perfectly. Even the index status is showing at 200 which means “the URL was successfully submitted to the IndexNow API.”

    As everything is set perfectly in Rank Math, I would suggest posting a question to the Bing Support and asking the reason for it.

    Let us know what Bing support says and we can look into this matter further.
