Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Strip Category Base feature after updating to WordPress 6.5 on your website http://www.kamarg.com.
To resolve this issue, please ensure that you have the latest version of Rank Math installed. Additionally, after updating Rank Math, you may need to revisit the General Settings and re-enable the Strip Category Base option to ensure it functions correctly.
If the issue persists after updating Rank Math and re-enabling the Strip Category Base option, please try clearing your website cache and refreshing the permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and clicking on the “Save Changes” button.
If the problem still persists, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and hit the “Save Changes” button (without making any changes) to clear the permalink cache.
Once done, please clear your website cache and see if that works for you.
If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
