Strip Category Base conflicting with Yith Ajax Filter

    Hi,

I enabled the Strip Category option to shorten my URLs, but I recently realized that this option is causing issues with the Yith Ajax Filter. In fact, when the user clicks on the pagination of the shop page, it goes to a 404 page.

When I deactivate the Rank Math plugin, it works. But obviously, I don’t want to deactivate it, and I can not deactivated the Strip Category option because it’s gonna change all the urls and causing lot of redirects and ranking issues.

    Could you please assist?

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for your quick response. I just did it, but the issue is still there.

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
