Strange behaviour using Rank Math

    Dear all,

    Since about (more or less) 2 weeks I detect a strange behaviour of my website:

    Specifically, sometimes and without any logic, if I click the button “shop” (I use WooCommerce), the system reacts by sending me to another part of my website (to the “Events” Page). In Order to avoid possibile Problems with catch Management, I verify with others devices (PC, iPad etc.) but the problem appears too.

    I tried excluding each plugin one after the other and with some surprise, after deactivating Rank Math, the problem seems to be solved. If I reactivate Rank Math, it runs all ok for the next 1 to 3 days before the problem appears again. I am looking for possible errors or sets, but I cannot find anything.

    Have you got an idea what happens?

    The website uses WP 6.3, Rank Math1.0.121.1, WooCommerce 8.0.2

    Let us know if the issue persists again so we can investigate the issue further.

    Meanwhile, try clearing your website’s cache and flush your site’s permalinks on your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and saved changes without modifying/changing anything.

    Hi Reinelle,

    Unfortunately after 5 days the problem has shown again. As already described to you, to solve temporarily the Problem I have deactivated and reactivated Rank Math. Using this way, the website will correctly work again.
    Please, if you have any ideas or need more information to check further , let me know!

    Hello,

    Can you please confirm if the issue is happening right now? Please revert back to us here if the issue happens again but don’t fix it yet by deactivating and re-activating the plugin. We need to check the issue on the spot so we can provide a permanent solution.

    Yes I confirm you that the Issue Happens Right now. As you Write, I will inform you in case the Problem should appears again and I will Not do anything to fix it befördert you have Check ed it.

    Hi Reinelle,

    Since today in the Morning the Problem appears again.

    If you visit http://www.astrolive.ch and click on the Button “Shop”, the site doesn’t shows products ( a View of picture related to Each Product-category). Instead, it will displayed the Archiv of Events. Normally, this view can be called if you click on the menu-Button named “Eventi” .

    I Hope, you can investigate now the issue.
