    I have since two years the agency license, paying and activate, but I can’t login into my account again, I think Germany isn’t is on a blocking list, can you help me or refund me the money I paid the last two years ?.

    I will inform my lawyer because you are blocking my account with no reason, making me lose money, obviously the account I created yesterday, this account I’m logged in now, ist not the one I have the agency license.

    Please let me know soon as possible, how I can get access to my account again, I can’t open a ticket, just the free ticket
