In this case, please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the
ModSecurity
is disabled or they are not blocking any process of the plugin.In order to fix the issue, you can disable ModSecurity or you can whitelist our API route that handles the saving process: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
If the issue still persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Apologies for inconveniences caused, I have taken a closer look into the issue, noted some options are getting saved and others are not; for this reason I would want to continue the next troubleshooting step in a staging environment, as the next thing is to deactivate other plugins, and log the form submissions as this will allow us to get a deeper understanding of why this is happening.
