Please check the PHP values of your site by heading over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. If they are set too low on your site, please ask your hosting provider to upgrade the values according to the following and see if that works for you:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
If the issue still persists, please install the plugin Query Monitor on your website and look for queries related to Rank Math. This should help us determine what’s causing the issue.

Hello, I write with an update. I downgraded the wordpress to 6.0.1 and now it’s fine.
When Rakibuzzaman Siam said to check out with Query Monitor I saw that some kind of issue started since 6.1 and another one with 6.3 and decided to check with downgrading and it fixed the issue.
