  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with redirecting some URLs. Redirects are crucial for both user experience and SEO, so it’s important to ensure they work properly. If you’re having trouble redirecting certain URLs, it could be due to various reasons such as incorrect settings or conflicting redirects.

To address this issue, you can use the Rank Math Redirection Manager to check and manage your redirects. You can enable the redirection for specific posts or pages and set the redirection type and destination URL. If you’re unable to resolve the issue using the available options, please provide more details about the specific URLs and the behavior you’re experiencing, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

If you need further assistance, please use the available buttons to assign this ticket to a human agent who will be able to help you with this issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support. We are sorry to hear that you are facing issues with redirections.

We have created a capable debugger that will help you locate and debug your redirections.

To enable the debugger, head over to Rank Math > General Setting > Redirections and find the Debug Redirections option and enable it. Then, save your settings.

Once the settings are saved, head back to the Redirections options. On the Redirections page, right-click any of the redirects that you’ve created and open them in a new tab.

You should see this interstitial before the redirect happens.

There is plenty of information in this interstitial, but the most important part is the “Manage This Redirection” link. When you click the link, you’ll be taken to the exact redirect rule that caused this redirection, helping you diagnose and fix the redirections.

Once you click the link, you’ll reach the edit window for the redirect rule that caused this redirection.

We have provided an article in the knowledge base that can help with debugging your redirections here: https://rankmath.com/kb/setting-up-redirections/#debugging-your-redirects

Meanwhile, please share the affected URLs with us and a screenshot of the redirection rule you have created from your end so we can try and reproduce the issue you are experiencing. You may share that screenshot using this tool https://imgur.com/

We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Thank you.
