Since the issue was due to an outdated version of your Divi theme for this website we updated Divi to the latest version and the metabox started working correctly on all posts and pages of this website.
If your other website has the exact same issue and they have old version of Divi as well then kindly update the Divi theme to the latest version.
You just need to head over to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and update the theme from that page.
Kindly share the login details to your other site in the sensitive data section once again if updating Divi does not help or incase you face any difficulty.
Please Note : The login details shared earlier is no more available in the sensitive data section.
