    Snippet not showing or the keywords. I disabled all plugins and have the same problem

    When I open my page in WordPress scroll down I used to see the snippets so I could edit it and the keywords. Nothing is showing up please help.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello,

    We’ve recently seen this type of issue with Divi theme where the theme is not updated to the latest version. If you’re using Divi please try to update the theme and see if that resolves the issue.

    But if you’re not using Divi or the issue still persists with the latest version, then please share your WordPress & FTP logins in the sensitive data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

    I tried other seo plugins all work fine except yours. Is there another place I can edit the snippets or key words. Nothing shows up when one edits the page on WordPress using rank math. Please fix this and get back to me

    Hello,

    The issue was that your Divi theme was outdated and there is a compatibility issue with the libraries form older versions of Divi and our plugin.

    We updated Divi to the latest version and the Metabox is now working correctly on all posts and pages.
