PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 300
PHP time limit: 240
PHP max input variables: 1000
After that, check if this helps the speed of your website.

Upon checking the posts page and many other pages we did not witness and slow queries on your site from any plugin including Rank Math.
However we did see some slow queries appearing from the Jetpack plugin on the dashboard page.
