Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
If you are already doing minification on the website and all the content on the page is mission-critical and cannot be reduced or removed, then there’s not much left to do here.
That test is a general guideline where it lets people know that they should keep the HTML size to a minimum to increase the page load time but sometimes pages cannot simply follow it because the content is crucial.
We just checked your website and looking at the source code it seems to have a lot of CSS rules and some of them might not even be necessary on the website.
If those rules cannot be removed, it would be almost impossible to reduce this considering that you already reduced from 905Kb to only 95Kb the HTML content of the website.
