Hi, i show everything detailed in the Loom Video. There is no specific Error when i open the sitemap in GSC. There is just the message “We could not read the sitemap”

Hello,
We’ve checked your sitemaps, but they seem to be working fine.
For troubleshooting, please remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit this version only:
/?sitemap=1
Once done, give Google some time to recrawl it.
Hope that helps.
Hello Reinelle,
thx for your answer. I did what you said its still the same issue

And yes, also Tools what i used to check the sitemap told me, that everything is okay. Just Google tell me, is not okay and they cant read it.
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
In this case, please remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your sub-sitemaps only (not sitemap_index.xml).
Meanwhile, could you please confirm if you have verified other versions of your site in your Google Search Console? (WWW version or domain property)
You should only keep one property on Google Search Console and it should match the variation of your website exactly (HTTPS and non-WWW).
In this case, you may delete any extra properties on GSC as those are not needed and could cause confusion.
Let us know how this goes.
Hi Mate,
also this i did already (In the Loom-Video you can see), to submit only sub-sitemaps. Also only the right version of the domain is added (https://diagnostik.help/) – non WWWW Version. Thats the reason why i am already lost. I paid now the Google One Abo, to try reach the Google Support directly of the Google Seach Console Department.
Hello,
Sure, let us know how this goes with Google Support.
Meanwhile, you can also check a similar scenario submitted on the Google Search Console community forum:
