Sitemap Giving Error

I’m sorry to hear that you’re encountering issues with your sitemap. The “Incorrect HTTP header content-type” error can indeed cause the “Couldn’t fetch” status in the Google Search Console.

To resolve this issue, you can follow these steps:

1. Flush Permalinks: Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks and click the Save Changes button without making any changes to the permalink settings. This will flush your permalinks.

   

2. Flush Sitemap Settings: Go to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings inside your WordPress admin area. Change the value in the Links Per Sitemap and click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
