Sitemap error

This sitemap error indicates that there must be some white space before the XML Sitemap’s source code. You can also look at the source code of Sitemap and see if there is an extra line before the XML. This is caused by a blank line or space in your wp-config.php or functions.php file.

It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

We logged in to your site using the provided access details in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Upon Investigating we could see that this is caused by 2 blank lines in your wp-config.php file.

We tried to login to your FTP but that fails, we request you to kindly provide the host and port details for successful FTP login.

Once we are able to login using FTP we will be able to edit the file and remove the blank lines.
