Thanks for your answer. Yes, the sitemap is back. I believe there is another issue than just a caching issue. I am using ahref to crawl my website and today, I got the notice that 33 pages (all my website) has been removed from the sitemap. This is the reason why I checked and could not load the sitemap, even on different browsers. This occurred already once in the past.

In this case, if you’re using any caching plugin on your website then please exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math in there. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Also, you can add the following filter on your website to disable the transients cache for sitemap:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
