  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

We’ve checked your sitemap and we can see the Googlebot is getting a 500 error which usually indicates a server issue. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

In this case, we suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure that Googlebot can crawl your sitemap.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you.

I contacted my hosting provider but nothing was solved still same same issue. Is there any way you can help out ?

    Hello,

The sitemap is loading fine now. If you are still facing issue, please clear your browser cache and then check. Please refer to sensitive data section for the screenshot. Also, I checked on Google using site operator i.e. site:yourdomain.com and Google returned back with 269 results. Hence, Google has indexed the website.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you
