    Hello,

All the versions of your sitemaps are not being redirected to the final version. Hence, we suggest to redirect all other versions to the final version to see if that works for you.

I have done as you instructed, namely changing htaaccess but my site becomes “This page isn’t working”

    Hello,

That error usually means something went wrong with .htaccess code. Would you please share the .htaccess code you’ve added.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you

If your website’s sitemap is not readable by Google, it could be due to a few different reasons:

Incorrect formatting: Ensure that your sitemap is correctly formatted in XML and follows the guidelines specified by Google. You can use the Google Search Console Sitemap Report to check for errors in your sitemap.

Sitemap not submitted: Make sure that you have submitted your sitemap to Google Search Console. You can do this by going to the “Sitemaps” section of Google Search Console and submitting the URL of your sitemap.

Incorrect URL: Double-check that the URL you provided for your sitemap is correct and matches the actual location of the sitemap file on your website.

Permissions issues: Make sure that the sitemap file has the proper permissions set and is accessible to Google. Check that the file permissions allow for crawling and that there are no restrictions in your website’s robots.txt file.

Server errors: If your server is experiencing errors or downtime, Google may not be able to fetch your sitemap. Check with your hosting provider to ensure that your website is running smoothly.

If you have followed the steps provided by Google support and the issue persists, you can try troubleshooting with the help of a web developer or reaching out to Google’s support team for further assistance.
