Once you have connected your Google Search Console to our plugin, Rank Math should be able to automatically submit the sitemap to the GSC right away.
You can check the Sitemap section in your Google Search Console and see if your sitemap index has been listed there.

Well it didnt get sent to google console, i had to manually put the sitemap link in the console for it to appear.

Can you please confirm if you’re domain property (sc-domain:yourdomain.com) in Rank Math Analytics? Please note that Rank Math does not support domain property verification in Google Search Console.
Only the URL-prefix property helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console and we submit it automatically for you. If you’re using domain property, please reconnect your Google account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and connect the URL-prefix property.

this is what my analytics tab looks like.
for some reasonm i’m unable to send an image here, my search console in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Search Console has a green circle next to it and the domain name is in the Site variable.

You can use a system such as this one to add a screenshot of the domain you have in the Analytics settings: https://imgbb.com
That would help us understand if the property created is correct or not.
In any case, if you have added the sitemap manually there’s nothing else you need to do as we’ll ping search engines when there are updates to the sitemap.
