Site Header (title/menu) Glitch

Hello,

My site glitches every time I load a new page, whether it’s the home page or another page. This issue seems to appear both on mobile and desktop, or alternates, one time working on working fine and then another time glitching.

My website is https://allthingsmin.com (try to see what i mean on both mobile and desktop display).
as an experiment you should try to view it on both the homepage and a few other pages, for example https://allthingsmin.com/donate to see what i mean, double check please, as sometimes it seems to work fine but then you reload the page and it reappears, again it’s important to note that this issue alternates or appears at the same time on both mobile and desktop.

Momentarily when you first load or refresh the page you will see that the site title and menu drop down area will drop down vertically as if it glitched for a second then revert to its normal position.

I’ve tried finding how to fix this but, I’m lost and not sure what to do. Please help me out.
