Site analytics not working properly

    Hello team,

    I purchased Rank Math premium from an agency. I am having problem with using Rank Math analytics for the past few days. Analytics page is not loading properly.

    Site Analytics never loads the posts. I can only see the number of posts optimized and not optimized but the page does not load the list of posts.

    Please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set at least the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    If the issue persists, please check if there are any errors reported in the browser’s console. If there is an error related to our plugin, please share it so we can assist you further.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data with the agency’s email. Can you please check further?

    I am hosting the website on my own VPS. I modified the php.ini file to increase the limits you mentioned in your last reply. It didn’t work. I reactivated the plugin but it didn’t work as well. I should mention that I purchased rankmath from the agency. I have added the agency email address for you to verify in the sensitive data field.

    I’ve checked your site, and the Site Analytics tab is getting this error in the browser console:
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 524 ()

    In this case, you can refer to this troubleshooting thread with the instructions on how to fix it:

    Also, your site was giving a Cloudflare error 520 upon navigating through your WordPress dashboard.

    I checked the troubleshooting page but there isn’t any specific resolution. As suggested by Jaideep Asrani in the first reply of this thread, I increased the resources limit in php.ini. Rank Math was working good until 28th April. On 28th April it fetched more data from Google analytics increasing the size of the response from the server. So now it is taking more time because rank math has probably more data to handle.

    How can I fix it from my end? Rank Math should have a way to handle its own data as almost everyone uses Cloudflare.

    It looks like the problem is with the way rank math is fetching data on analytics page. The following cloudflare page clearly states that the error might occur due to how developers decide to fetch/process data –

    I temporarily fixed the issue by re-indexing the analytics. Reindexing analytics data temporarily clears all the data and re-index it slowly. We can see all the data loading without issues until the data is less 400 posts or so. When rank math was done reindexing data, I started getting the same 524 error again.

    In this case, please try reducing the number of days to store the fetched data in the database. You can do that by following these steps:
    1. Navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and click on the Delete Data button.

    2. Change the number of days to 30 or 45 in the Analytics Database section on the same page and save the settings.

    3. Click on the Update Data Manually button on the same page to start a new data fetch.

    I followed the steps. I set the days to 35 and re-fetched the data but still the same error in the console. Analytics won’t show up. My server resources are more than enough. 6vCPU, 16 GB RAM and 100 GB NVMe. Website is loading properly. On an average, CPU usage is 16-25%. Using Cyberpanel, one of the most lightweight web server.
