To resolve the issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Well, I’ll give you credit for a sense of humor. I wouldn’t give you login credentials for love or money. From the top down you’re thoroughly dishonest. I realize you could probably hack my site anyway but I’m not going to actually help you do it.

Anyway, I was a bit intemperate earlier. I don’t think you would try to hack or steal…there’s not enough in my site to take…yet.
Here’s the issue: starting in Rank Math (pic 1) and going to Titles & Meta (pic 2) and then Pages (pic 3)…
GOOD NEWS: As I re-traced my steps, I got it to work. No pics attached since it works.
