Showing the wrong image on Facebook

Additionally, it’s important to check the dimensions and format of the uploaded image. Facebook currently supports jpeg, png, and gif image formats, and the recommended image size is 1200px X 630px. If the image’s dimensions are too small or too large compared to the recommended size, it may not be read correctly by Facebook.

If you’ve already followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, please ensure that the Open Graph tags are not being pushed towards the end of your page’s source code due to minification or gzip compression. You can refer to the following screenshots for guidance:

After ensuring that these steps have been followed, you can use Facebook’s Sharing Debugger to test again and see if the Open Graph tags have been updated, including the image.
