Rank Math free

Hi there, I just renewed the Business plan and when I log in it is still showing that I only have the free version. Can you please rectify this?

I also tried to update the Pro version of the Plugin on my site bravemedia.com and get this error:

Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

You’re getting the PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT error for the same reason that your plugin is showing FREE – because you are connected to a free account.

Kindly navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard> Help and disconnect and make sure to reconnect back using your Rank Math Bussiness account.
