Since your site has not launched yet, you can choose the option to create a new GA4 property. This will allow you to set up a new property specifically for your website.

If your site is not yet live, then you can skip the process since you may need to reconnect your website after pushing your site to production.
However, you can create your GA4 property now so you can connect it later once your site is live.

If you’ve completed the setup then everything is fine, you don’t need to worry. Once you live your site, you can connect your Google account in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/
