Regarding the title that disappears upon saving/updating, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

/wp-json/rankmath/v1/saveModule

Lastly, if you wanted to register those words into a variable and use them on the title/description, then you may need to create a new variable for that:

The image you shared didn’t worked.
To resolve the issue, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools.
Ensure that you have enabled advanced mode to see the Database Tools tab.
Then, click on the button “Recalculate Score”, wait for it to process, and click on the button “Rebuild Index”.
That should update the scores. Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
