Can you please confirm if you are referring to the SEO scores shown on individual posts or are you referring to the Site Analytics in your Analytics Dashboard(Rank Math > Analytics)?
If the scores from the posts are gone, kindly try opening the post editor and saving it without changing anything, see if that will update the score on the post list page. If it does, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Re-calculate Scores”.
If you are referring to the Site Analytics, head over to Rank Math > Analytics > Site Analytics tab, select a post and reload the PageSpeed. Please see the screenshot below for your reference:

This is the bit that’s missing,

But when i open a blog or start a new one the bit that appears at the bottom of the editor is not there, the bit that shows you if you have filled in your snippet, key words, etc, the bit that gives you the green/amber or red lights so you know your SEO is good.
I have tried doing a new blog to see if it appears there, but to no avail, it was all there the other day before i did the update though.

Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post Types: Posts and ensure that the Add SEO Controls option is enabled.
If you don’t see that option, ensure that you have enabled advanced mode to see the option.
After that, open the editor again, expand the “Screen Options” and ensure that “Rank Math SEO” is checked:
If the issue still persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

what email do i use for the temporary login as the other options haven’t worked yet and a first name and last name please and I’ll set that up now

We deeply apologize for the delay in response.
We checked your site and found that currently, you’re using two Divi theme on your site. One is updated and another one which is now activated on your site is not in the latest version and this is causing the issue. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.
In order to fix this issue, you can update the current one which is now activated on your site or you can switch to another one which is already updated. However, please note that it is not recommended to use duplicate themes on your site.
