I can see that currently, you’re using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
Back to your issue: We’ve seen issues when Divi theme & Rank Math plugin isn’t updated to the latest one. I see in your situation, both the theme and plugin needs to be updated. Please update both of them to the latest version and the issue will be resolved.
Even after updating the plugin and theme, the issue remains, please let us know and we’ll look further into the issue.
