Would you kindly go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > Products and make sure that the Add SEO controls option is enabled?
If it’s enabled and the SEO controls are still not appearing, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Hi, i already did all of that and couldn’t find the root cause of it. I’ve watched video, troubleshoot my site with the health check plugin but still didn’t work. 🙁 Please help

Upon checking the browser console, there are multiple error lines coming from your Permalink Manager PRO plugin. It is also conflicting with the Rank Math meta box upon enabling it during troubleshooting mode.
You can check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.
In this case, you may need to get in touch with the plugin developer to check the error as it is possible that they already have a fix available for that.
