I forgot to add that on the WordPress.org support forum, you gave me a series of instructions like clearing the cache, etc. and I have done all those with no fix on the problem I am reporting. I have also cleared the entire site cache, but that did not help either. That’s why I requested that this matter be assigned to a human support staff.

Please note that the focus keyword used must match exactly – i.e. word-for-word – with what you have in the Title for it to be ‘found’ by Rank Math.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings.

Then edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

This was likely due to the encoding in the title.
If you have copied the title from anywhere outside WordPress this would happen because different programs use different encoding for the characters.
We have typed the title manually to make sure the encoding was the same as the WordPress installation and your website is now having a 100 score in the tests.

Thank you for identifying the source of the problem although I don’t remember copy-and-pasting the keyword. I learned something I would not have otherwise as I used to tell my students: There is more information in failures than success!
