Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of our plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
After that, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect your Google account.
If the issue persists, please make sure that you are connecting the correct account and that you have allowed all the required permissions. Please follow these steps:
1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click theReconnect
link
Allow all the permissions on the next screen.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Still no joy.
I’m running the free version of Rank Math.
I deleted RankMath’s app from here:https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and re-added via the Reconnect from within Rank Math.
The Search Console and Analytics still show “red” dot and Search COnsole, Site are still blanl?
Can you help?
I can connect via Zoom or Messenger.

Hello,
Providing assistance over video calls falls out of the scope of our support. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

Hello,
We went ahead and debugged the issue and it seems that the property you have connected to our plugin is not owned by you as you can see in the screenshot below:
Please make sure that you are the owner of this property on Google Search Console, you may refer to this guide here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7687615
After that, try reconnecting your Google account.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
