There’s no estimation of how long Google can take to show schema on SERPs. Usually, they should appear after the next crawl by Google. But sometimes, it can take a bit more time than usual.
It’s important to note that even though your rich snippets are configured correctly and do not generate any kind of errors in the structured data test tool, there’s no guarantee that it will appear on SERPs since only Google has the authority to decide whether to show them in the search results or not.
