Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the sale price not showing correctly in the SERP. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter.
Based on your description, it seems that you have already added a start and end date for the sale price as suggested by Rank Math. However, the original price is still being displayed in the SERP instead of the sale price.
To troubleshoot this further, I recommend checking the following:
-
Google Search Console: Verify if Google Search Console is reporting any data for the specific keyword you are targeting. You can do this by following these steps:
- Head over to Google Search Console and click on Performance.
- Filter by Query and enter the keyword to check if any data is reported for that particular keyword.
-
Check Google’s Cache: Verify when Google’s cache was last updated for the page where the sale price is not reflecting correctly. You can do this by clicking on the small, downwards-pointing arrow next to the domain in the search results and then clicking on Cached to view the cache details.
If after checking these steps, the issue persists, please reply to this ticket. A human agent from our support team will further investigate and assist you in resolving the problem.
Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.
Best regards,

Hello,
Please share the affected URL so we can check the price in the schema as well.
Meanwhile, could you please confirm if you’re using a separate plugin for the discount/sale price on your products?
Our plugin fetches the discounted price for the Schema you have entered in the WooCommerce fields. Also, are you using the WooCommerce Product schema on your site?
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, yes using product schemea on the site. I’m not using a separate plugin for the price or sale. URL is https://www.thebelgianbeercompany.com/p/belgian-beers/brugse-zot-blond/. If you need anything else just let me know.
Hello,
We’ve checked the price, and it is already set to the sale price (£2.97) in the schema and meta tag.
You can ask Google to recrawl the URL by using the URL inspection tool in your Search Console to update it on the search results page.
Once done, give Google some time to update the results of your product price.
Hope that helps.
