We just checked your robots.txt file and it does not have any rule that could be blocking these URLs. In fact, we can confirm that the pages are actually indexed on Google right now. See screenshot:

This could be a false negative from Google Search Console and you can
simply ignore it, it would most likely clear up when next Google crawls your site.
