Since you are also using Rank Math PRO, we need to verify the account first because you have created this ticket using your Free account. Please share the email address in the sensitive data section you used to purchase your Rank Math PRO subscription so we can verify it here.
Back to the issue, although there aren’t any issues with the Google connection and the Cron jobs, it appears that Rank Math wasn’t able to store incoming data from Google.
I tried fetching a single request and right away, it populated the analytics dashboard as you can see in my screenshot below:

This indicates that Rank Math has no issues fetching the data from Google.
I went ahead and run the hook again and it should start updating the data once more. Please give it some time and see if the issue persists on your end.

The data shows that sometimes it goes back to 0-0 after a while.
About the account, here’s what happened. One of my clients approached me for SEO services, and during our work together, they bought an RM Pro from someone else. The person who sold it claimed to have a business license or something like that.
I’m not really sure about it.
Now, what should we do? Could it be possible that the plugin they’re using is not legitimate?
