    Dear Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue regarding my recent purchase of the “RankMath PRO” plugin for WordPress, along with the complimentary trial of “Content AI Starter,” on November 27, 2023.

    After using the plugin, I have come to the realization that it does not meet my expectations and is not suitable for my local activities conducted in the Polish language. Unfortunately, the functionalities provided do not align with the requirements of my WordPress site, particularly in the context of the Polish language.

    Considering these circumstances, I would like to request the cancellation of my subscription to “RankMath PRO” and the associated “Content AI Starter” trial. Additionally, I kindly ask for a refund of the amount paid for the subscription.

    I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would be grateful if you could guide me through the necessary steps to complete the cancellation and refund process.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction yesterday. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go. If you don’t mind us asking, is there any particular reason you have chosen to cancel? Perhaps there’s something we can help you with.

    We are continuously improving our products so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.
