Request for help combining 2 RankMath accounts into one (both free)

    Hi there,
    I had a free RankMath account which I logged into via Google single sign on. For some reason it wasn’t connecting to my website lizmoffatt.com so I had to set up a new one. Now I have two accounts which I’d like to combine into one – are you able to help?

    – Please see Extra Info note in Sensitive Info section – When I tired to connect RankMath from the logged-in WP environment via Google SSO I got an error message saying “there is already an account set up under this user” or something like that. Anyway, I hope you can help with combining the accounts AND if you could also explain why I had the above problem that would be great.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    As requested, we have merged your accounts under your preferred email.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Now you will need to reconnect your website by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to fix the issue.

    About the other concern, your email address in WordPress can be different from your Rank Math account email address. It will not cause a connection/activation issue.
