I have cancelled an auto-renew on the account.
However, your system does not allow a user to delete a payment method on file.
Please either remove the payment method on file or provide instructions on how to do do.

    Thank you !

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry that you decided to cancel the subscription.

The payment information is managed by our payment processor, FastSpring. We do not store any sort of information on our servers.

Please contact FastSpring on s******@f************* and your information will be removed following a regular SLA for these requests.

If you ever wish to renew, do not hesitate to make the purchase once again.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you for the reply.

However, I am surprised that RankMath does not have the ability to tell FastSpring to remove the stored credit card data when a customer like myself asks to be removed.

Your company hired FastSpring and therefore, if a customer makes the request you should have the ability to information FastSpring rather than making the customer take an extra step.

Or you should make it that the customer has the option to store credit card or not to store it.

    Hello,

Sorry but currently we don’t have a way like you described, since we rely on services like FastSpring. You may get in touch with them for now to remove the payment method.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.
