Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
If you are seeing duplicate H1 tags on your homepage is likely that you are adding those in the theme files.
We would suggest checking the files header.php, single.php, and page.php to see if you are able to identify the duplicate call to the H1 tag inside any of those files which usually control the data from the pages on the website.
Please note that our plugin won’t add the HTML markup on its own and this is completely controlled by the theme, we only report the situation.
