Hello. Thank you for your reply. I understand that the translatepress developers are silent. In fact, in a reply to one of their users, they wrote that they have no intention of to work on improving this feature. So there is no point in waiting for them to act. What I mean is this. You may already have a piece of code that you’ve proposed to them to solve this problem. For example, you recently published such a one-way solution for the Polylang plugin. If there is such code, can you publish it? If there is no such code, then I will stop bothering you. Thank you and have a nice day.
Hello,
We do not have a custom piece of compatibility code specifically designed for TranslatePress in conjunction with the “Remove Category Base” feature in Rank Math SEO and WooCommerce.
The integration challenges between Rank Math SEO and TranslatePress, particularly around the removal of the category base, require a cooperative solution that involves deep integration work from both sides to ensure compatibility without affecting the functionality of either plugin or WooCommerce.
While we strive to provide compatibility solutions where possible, it’s important to note that each plugin’s architecture can significantly differ, making a universal fix challenging.
We understand the importance of having a fully optimized and user-friendly site, and we regret any inconvenience caused by this compatibility issue.
We will keep exploring potential solutions, and any developments in this area will be communicated through our update logs and support channels.
We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
