    Hello, recently I installed the Rank Math plugin and wanted to do the advanced Setup. In the “Connect with google account” Setting I logged in and had certain permission options to give to Rank Math. I chose not to give Permission to the 2 google Analytics data Permission, since I wont use Google analytics, because in Germany it is prohibited right now to some extend. I only want to register for the Google Search console. However, when I want to type in my adresse, nothing happenes and the Google Search Console field seems to be greyed out. Can you help me on this?

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please follow these steps:

    Refresh Tokens

    1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:

    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    2. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

    3. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
    WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

    Allow all the permissions on the next screen. Rank Math needs the permissions but you will skip connecting Google Analytics in the next step
    tick all checkboxes

    When you are taken back to your dashboard, enter you Google Search Console details but do not enter your Google Analytics details and click “Save Changes”. After that your GSC will be connected while your GA remains disconnected.

    Hello, as I told you I refrain from using google analytics. Also I do not need to accept all the permissions and still got it to work now. The solution is rather obvious, but for a non tech like me it was hidden and there was no hint. I needed to registert my domain manually at the google search console. After that I was able to chose my domain in the rank math interface in the google search console setting. it makes sense, that without registration in google search console before, there is no option to chose from in the rank math setting for the google search console.
